Goods must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item/s.

Goods must have all original packaging and be returned in original condition with your invoice attached.

Product exchanges are like for like and subject to availability at the time the item is returned.

Full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note  where:

- The item is faulty

- The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or

- The product does not match the sample or our description;

- Any special-order products cannot be returned.

- Machined to order products cannot be returned.

- Custom made products cannot be returned.

- Change of mind returns are at the sole discretion of Specialty Wheel.
